Ford Motor Co. is ready to capitalize on the new Cash for Clunkers program passed in congress recently. A new "Let Ford Recycle Your Ride" campaign will soon be available to local dealers promoting Ford/Lincoln/Mercury models qualifying for up to a $4,500 government rebate given when trading in an older, less-efficient model.
