Columbus, Ohio - October 8 - Bath & Body Works has added customer reviews to its Web site. The service, from Austin, Texas-based Bazaarvoice, allows shoppers to give feedback on Bath & Body Works products.

The input is then analyzed by Bazaarvoice’s community services team to identify opportunities for improving the company’s marketing and merchandising strategy.
