There is a co-op program in place based on prior year purchases, the regional mgr told me today.
Wayne Dalton prefers to deal directly with the dealer.
There is a procedure in place that the dealer should be aware of, where they apply and then receive a co-op credit. I am in a position to help the customer, however he wouldn't give me any more details about the co-op program.
