Dept 56 (Discontinued Co-op Plan) giftware

Dept 56 Plan id # 008954 has discontinued their co-op program. In place of that mfr will be offering a rebate program.

All Club and Gold Key dealers who place a minimum order of $20,000 total between Jan 4 and April 4, 2009 are eligible for a year end rebate of 2%.

Guidelines -
Minimum of total orders placed must equal $20,000
Orders must be placed between Jan 4 - April 4, 2009
The rebate will be calculated on shipments against those orders placed between Jan 4-April 4. These qualifying orders must be shipped by Dec 1, 2009.
Account must be in good credit standing to receive the rebate. No exceptions will be made if the account is past due on any open invoices.
Rebate will be issued in the form of a credit on the their account in Dec 2009.
