Report: LensCrafters’ Parents to Launch New Chain

Cincinnati - September 5 - The parent of LensCrafters and Sunglass Hut plans to open the first exclusive line of luxury boutiques that will specialize in designer and limited-edition sunglasses priced from $200 to as much as $10,000, according to the Business Courier of Cincinnati.

The store, to be called Ilori, will open its first location this month in the Soho area of Manhattan, the report said.

About seven additional stores are planned by year's end, including one on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles.
